A racking system is only as good as the components that make it safe and fit-for-purpose. We supply the full range of decking, supports, safety and protection accessories, to finish a new install or upgrade what you already have. Below are the most common items; if you need something specific, just ask.
For workbenches and picking levels on selective rack. Various lengths and depths.
Rated to 1000kg UDL per deck. Available 1250mm & 1350mm lengths; 609 / 838 / 1200 / 1219mm depths.
For non-standard pallet sizes. 838mm supports up to 750kg each; 1219mm up to 650kg each. Min 2 per pallet.
Let forklift tines access an unpalletised load. Min 2 per pallet, in 838mm and 1219mm depths.
Extra support under particle board to prevent sagging. 609 / 838 / 1219mm depths.
Sit over the beam either side of the board to stop slipping. Suit 40mm beams (not 50mm).
Fall protection to AS 4084. Sheet 2900×2200mm, 50×50mm aperture, 3mm wire, zinc finish. Indoor & outdoor.
Protect uprights from fork and truck impact. 400mm to comply with AS 4084.
Wrap around row ends to protect the frame. Powder coated or HDG: 1090 / 1470 / 2360 / 2530mm.
Lock your racking beams to the frames for safe, secure connection.
Full range, internal, heavy-duty, castor and bench footplates, plus levelling shims.
Join frames to extend post height. Various lengths and depths.
Divide shelves and bays. Mesh divider suits 838mm deep × 400mm high (mesh decks only).
Set spacing between back-to-back rows. 430mm zinc, HDG or X-braced; 609mm zinc.
Separate vertically-stored product. 600mm long, to suit 80×40mm or 100×50mm beams.
Space a frame off a post for a deeper structural frame or mesh backing. 250 / 838 / 1219mm.
Store coils, reels and 44-gallon drums horizontally. Adjustable angled supports, 838 or 1219mm.
Hose hangers (700mm, 60kg UDL) for 90–120×50mm beams, plus black post caps for posts and benches.
